http://asktom.oracle.com/	Tom Kytes's one of the most knowledgeable individual when it comes to the oracle databases. This site features practical solutions to questions posted by oracle users.

http://www.jlcomp.demon.co.uk/	Maintained by Jonathan Lewis, an independent oracle consultant. Contains white papers and technical contents with in-depth analysis.
